In order for you to enjoy shabu-shabu, a uniquely Japanese food culture, in a "shabu-shabu alone" setting, we provide one pot per person, mainly at O-shaped counter seats. We welcome you in a space where you can experience the craftsmanship of traditional crafts such as the traditional craft ``magewappa'', original copper pots, and ``curtains'' made from Kakegawa hand-woven kudzu cloth.

Yamagata beef and domestic beef are limited to loin meat with a good balance of fat and lean meat, and the brand pork "Yonezawa Buta Ichiban Gakuen" has a soft and delicate taste.
The rice that comes with the shabu-shabu is made with Koshiibuki rice from Nagaoka, which is a specially cultivated rice certified by Niigata Prefecture.
Other products include hojicha and sencha, which are a well-balanced blend of tea leaves from Shizuoka and Kagoshima, and eggs used in sukiyaki.
